If you are having trouble with your internet connection or submitting your questionnaire, you may need to check one or more of the following:
- If you cannot login to the website please call 1800 082 820 so we can confirm your date of birth and login number
- If you enter yes to a question, a new set of questions may appear on the screen – please wait a moment because if you press ‘Next’ too quickly it may generate an error message
- Check your internet explorer (IE) is version 7 or Mozilla Firefox is version 3 or later - To check your version go to Help > About internet explorer or Help >About Mozilla Firefox
- Sometimes your internet options may prevent you from entering questionnaire data. You can easily change the scripting properties of your browser to enable this option. When you are on internet explorer go to:
Tools >Internet Options >Security >Custom Level >Scripting
>Active Scripting >Enable
This is safe to do and has been recommended by our IT officer. You may disable scripting again however it is not necessary as there is no danger to your computer security.
